We are currently supporting an innovative and expanding family-run SME who are actively seeking a talented Business Development Manager to participate in the advertisement and promotion of their healthcare products into the NHS. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience at senior level within public sector sales. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, advertising feature benefits and improving overall user experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities...
* Build relationships with key influencers within healthcare sector.
* Upsell and cross sell to existing clients within the NHS
* New business development
* Generate leads and sales
* Overseeing the full 360 sales process
* Attend face to face appointments with clients
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work with a team to drive sales
* High energy person who can build passion amongst clients
* Ability to influence key decision makers
* Extremely knowledgeable about the workings of the NHS
* A driven individual who focuses on tenacity to produce results
* Experience selling furniture into the health care sector is ideal, but not necessary.
Benefits
* Base Salary: £45,000-£50,000
* Bonus OTE £20,000
* Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30
* Remote working available
