About The Role

***30hours fix term contract available***

As a Home Administrator at HC One, at HC One, you'll have one quality that truly sets you apart from your peers. Unparalleled kindness. And it will impact on every aspect of your work in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care home. Everyone who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. And, by joining us, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to those people.

Efficiency in processing income and expenditure will be one of your key responsibilities. This will include banking, purchase order invoicing, petty cash management, payroll and basic credit control. You will be responsible for safeguarding monies on behalf of residents, but also funds raised by the home. Providing clerical support to the Home Manager, some of your key duties will include letter writing, memos and local management reporting. You will be responsible for personnel file management and maintaining a well ordered filing system and stationary replenishment. With both excellent customer service and communication skills, you will know how to build strong relationships with our residents and their families, but also the Home team and head office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly along the way.
Hourly rate is subject to experience and qualifications.

About You
