Finance Business Partner

At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This strategic role will use financial and insight data to support to the Sales and Marketing business areas and will include:

What the Role is

Preparing and distribution of monthly/weekly management reporting
Reviewing monthly management accounts
Generating sales and marketing KPI reporting
Assisting with forecasting and budget allocation
Support and develop two team members
Improve financial awareness with non financial management
Continuous improvement across the financial data
To keep up to date with employment law changes and statutory rates
 What We Need

Ideally recently qualified accountant or QBE with considerable experience
Knowledge of Excel advanced or Power BI 
Experience of working within a commercial accounting function
Great communication skills
You will be;

Highly organised, logical with a practical approach and able to prioritise
Ability to build, develop and maintain supportive and constructive working relationships
Approachable, good listener
Act with integrity, honesty and discretion.
Remain calm under pressure.
