Contracts Manager - Structural Steelwork

Working under the Construction Director and in close collaboration with the drawing office, procurement, commercial and fabrication teams, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination and management of one or more projects from project launch through to completion.

You will need experience of working in the Construction Industry in a similar role, ideally for a structural steel company, other specialist sub-contractor or as a main contractor.    

The position will generally be site based at locations throughout the UK but primarily in the East Anglia, London, South East, Southern Counties and the Midlands so the successful person will be required to have a flexible, dedicated approach with the ability to travel and possess a full UK driving licence.

The successful Candidate must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and should have experience of working in a construction site environment.

Possession of suitable CITB/CSCS accreditation will also be a requirement and preferably CSCS black card, SMSTS and Crane Appointed Person for lifting operations although this will not be mandatory for the right candidate as suitable training can/will be provided.

Package commensurate with experience.
