We are currently seeking a Service Engineer to join a reputable, family-run SME based in Ilchester. As a Service Engineer your role will be to carry out reactive and proactive servicing and repair of commercial cleaning equipment.
This is a hybrid role which will see you spending roughly 50% of your time at our service centre and 50% of your time onsite with our South West based customers.
Key duties and responsibilities...
* Responsible to ensure scheduled work is carried out to an excellent standard and completed on time.
* Ensure clients are never let down and solutions are provided in the event of unexpected complications or when the need arises.
* Repair work is carried out on client sites.
* Required to assist with mobilising and training on new contract starts.
Requirements
* Mechanical Skillset
* Fault diagnosis ability
* Solution orientated
* Good customer-facing skills
* Willing to go above and beyond
* Full driving licence
* Excellent communication skills
