We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
As a support worker at Trinity House, you will work as part of a team delivering outstanding care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health support.
You’ll be working full-time hours, on a mixed shift pattern across days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Working to make a difference to our resident’s lives at Trinity House in Lockerbie.
Trinity House is a 13-bed specialist residential home offering bespoke services to its residents within a beautiful rural setting. At the Trinity House site, you will find a large communal lounge, Life Skills Kitchen, vegetable garden.
Working day as a Support Worker at Trinity House:
Promoting resident’s independence whilst offering support when required
Provide guidance and & encouragement to achieve daily goals and targets
Encourage residents to join in activities arranged by Trinity House such as – woodwork workshops.
Support residents to attend activities within the local community such as bowling, cinema, restaurants, and visiting the local seaside.

Excellent communication skills
Positive approach to making a real difference in someone’s life
Due to location a valid driving license and access to a car would be advantageous but not essentialSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
