We are looking for an exceptional Front of House Manager to join the MNKY HSE Team.

You will be based at our Mayfair Restaurant in London, which is famed for its contemporary Latin American style and mood sensory lighting.

The Front of House Manager will be the face of MNKY HSE. You will meet and greet our guests, manage reservations, restroom/cloakroom facilities and our boutique merchandise to a high standard. The Front of House Manager will ensure their team communicates to the wider team any changes in service provision and ensure all guests enjoy their experience at the HSE by exceeding their expectations.

You will inspire the team, leading by example, and always adopting a hands-on, can-do attitude.

Role & Performance Objectives

• Operational- Manage/oversee the internal environment, from, lighting, temperature, and music. Managing the Reception team. Ensuring guests have a comfortable visit. Support the delivery of business strategies.
• Team Development – Build, train and maintain the team, driving them towards exceeding their objectives.
• Administration- Support the team with the delivery of menu implementation, manage team rotas, and promotional activities. Ensure the team manage our client database, ensuring it is up to date.
