You will be based at our Mayfair Restaurant in London, which is famed for its contemporary Latin American style and mood sensory lighting.

We are looking for an exceptional Bar Back to join a fun and vibrant team, to maintain our brand positioning by always reflecting our image and to perform the highest standard of service in compliance to our style as to emphasize our need for consistency throughout.

Objectives & Goals

• Actively participate in assisting to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Engage in your own personal development to benefit the business and improve your personal skills – probationary period reviews, annual appraisals, attending training and development courses.
• Participate in weekly / monthly departmental meetings and any other meetings that you are required to attend.
