We are looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our vibrant team in our Mayfair Restaurant, which is famed for its contemporary Latin American style and mood sensory lighting.

The AGM oversees service standards, operational efficiency, guest experience, and look after our staff. Act as an an influential leader to all departments, delivery service, maintain our positive culture, maximise profits, support operations, guest satisfaction.

A successful Assistant General Manager will collaboratively partner with the General Manager to develop goals and action items required to optimise performance and profitability.

Bonus Scheme Role & Performance Objectives

• Partnering with the General Manager to develop operational goals.
• Execute action plans on time and budget to support business improvements and focus on optimising profit, minimising margins and promote exceptional experience(s) for guests
• Attend and lead weekly management meetings to share innovative ideas
• Strong communication on all levels
• Look after all our regular guests (local and international).
• Work closely with the HR Team supporting with recruitment and new staff joining the team
