We are a charitable trust with a passion for supporting vulnerable people in our community to live independently in their own homes.  We are very proud of our Home Care Team and we are looking for a dynamic and commercially astute Home Care Registered Manager to lead the team going forward.

You will ensure the effective management of the Home Care Service and will play an active role in the Senior Management Team to help drive and shape the whole business going forward.

This is a Registered Manager position and accountable for compliance with regulated activities therefore placing high importance on integrity and professionalism.

To be our successful candidate, you will have experience in a management role of service provision in the Community Health or Social Care sector, understand the different packages of care and associated funding arrangements.

You will be qualified to at least Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care, preferably at or working towards Level 5. You will have great leadership skills, be an excellent communicator and have outstanding planning ability.
