Pure Staff urgently require a Class 2 Day & Night Driver to work in ongoing contracts across Manchester / Warrington / Oldham

We work with a range of clients that are looking for anything from 1 drop shunts long distance to multiple drop distribution with tail lift dependant on client.

Pure staff offer the flexibility to pick and choose your shifts, making us the perfect agent for any HGV driver looking to work odd days or weekends only or 5 shifts per week with optional 6th when your hours allow.

Our clients are looking for a candidate that can not only drive HGV Class 2 lorry successfully but that can communicate well to ensure that all deliveries are completed.

There is a stop call wait procedure with all our exclusive clients, to maximise on productivity and keep drivers informed on possible delays or route changes.

The perfect candidate will be of smart appearance with a polite nature, you will need to show willingness to give that little extra to ensure our clients personnel have the best experience interaction with you as possible.

Start times can vary but normally between 05:00am and 10:00am on Days and starts from 17:00 to 22:00 on nights can be expected. Shifts can be long hours but in keeping with tachograph law up to 13 hr per shift on average but will keep within the law.

You will require.

HGV Class 2 (C) Driving licence
2 year's experience required
CPC Card
Digital card
Clean Licence preferred with no more than 6 points (no TT TS MS DR DD) codesPay;

£16.00 Per hour Monday to Friday Days PAYE

£17.00 Per hour Monday to Friday Nights PAYE

£19.00 Saturday per hour PAYE

£19.00 Bank holidays and Sunday per hour PAYE

Please note, the above rate quoted does not include holiday pay as holiday pay is paid separately when you book holiday.

We do not work alongside any Limited Company Contractors.

Pure Staff prides itself on delivering a first-class service and as a direct result we offer loyalty incentives for all HGV drivers.

Refer an HGV/LGV driver and after they have worked for us for a month receive £100 for you and £50 for them!

T&Cs apply but that is paid after 400 hours (about 8 weeks) of work.
