8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays 8.30am - 12.30pm
My client is looking for a driven, ambitious and professional individual to join their team based in Bromsgrove.
This is an exciting position for those looking to be a part of a growing business with plenty of opportunities for progression and development.
Day to Day duties:
- Maintaining existing customer accounts
- Processing renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Claims handling
- Selling new business policies
Skills and experience:
- Confident dealing with clients by phone and face to face
- Ability to make and maintain excellent relationships
- Experience working in a Sales or Customer Service role
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Experience working in Insurance - Advantageous but not essential
- Driven, motivated and ambitious
