Job Details

My client based in Kendal are seeking an Administrator for a 3 month Admin contract to cover a period of sickness. You will be working in Kendal town centre in the clients Post Room where you will assist with a variety of administration tasks.

Duties to include;

Scanning in post using the digital filing system

Sorting outgoing letters

Raising purchase orders

Dealing with Invoices

Managing post that is going out

Other admin duties including scanning and processing tasks

Hours of work are Mon-Fri 08.30-4.30. An occasional 5pm finish might be needed if the post is picked up late.

Working in a small team of 3. Made up of 1 F/T (you) and 2 P/T staff. IT, Administration skills and Organisational skills are required.
