Are you an experienced Team Leader who is looking for evening work (phone number removed)pm) in Liverpool ?
We are recruiting for the HMPO and they need key drivers to manage, motivate, develop and lead teams with the aim of improving performance and meeting targets for quality, efficiency and customer service in processing passport applications, customer complaints and correspondence.
Responsibilities
Manage performance so as to meet agreed targets in relation to quantity, quality and customer service a
Oversee the integrity and accuracy of the work of the team
Ensure that all dealings with customers are handled in a timely, courteous, and helpful manner.
Manage the use of procedures, policy and best practice guidelines.
Manage the attendance and availability of staff
Brief staff, complete the induction of new members of staff, manage individual performance levels and address development needs and potential.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of legislation, policy, procedure, and best practice.
Manage own time to complete all work efficiently and meet agreed service level response times. Due to the nature of the work we will be required to undertake CTC security clearance and to be able to obtain this you will need:
Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
Have a *current* British Passport or settlement status due to the sensitive nature of the work
NI Number
2 x proof of addresses (all in UK)
5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month
3 years solid reference with no gaps of more than 1 month
