We are recruiting PERMANENT Warehouse Team Leaders to work night shifts at GEODIS in Lutterworth, LE17 4XY. We are looking for applicants with experience in a similar role.

What will I be doing as a Warehouse Team Leader?
Working in the Inbound, Outbound or Stock department
Leading employees to deliver excellent customer service
Coordinating customer orders in a timely manner
Monitoring productivity and providing training to members of your team
Operating equipment in a safe manner following defined procedures
Working with supervisor to ensure compliance to all standards
Maintaining housekeeping standards
What will I need for this role as a Warehouse Team Leader?
You will be able to read and write simple instructions, memos, and reports
Be solution focused to make continuous improvements to your team's function
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided
Build solidarity through team development
Show commitment by always going the extra mile
Strong leader
Self-motivated with a positive 'can do' approach to work
Good verbal and written communication skills
Hands on approach
Honest and Trustworthy
