Senior Administrator
London Bridge
Permanent, Full time
£32,000-£36,000 per annum
Mon- Fri 9am-5pm
Are you looking for a new administrative role? Do you have great eye for detail and a can do attitude? If so this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director, and Senior Management Team with appointments and meetings on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
Organise and manage events throughout the year; this will include all email correspondence for meetings
Accommodation arrangements, flights for office staff attending
Assisting the Director in all communication correspondence and office matters
Diary management where required
Ensure the overall smooth running of the office including storage unit organisation, stationery stock and filing.
Being the first point of contact for visitors.
Arranging travel and accommodation and planning detailed itineraries
Liaising with the Chairman and President when necessary arranging meetings
HR issues; filing, staff welfare, contracts and staff handbook updates Person Spec:
Strong Administration skills & experience
Good understanding of IT
Attention to detail
