A role has come available with one of the best Manufacturers and Suppliers to the Medical Industry in the UK, required is a Service Desk Administrator to join the customer service team.
The Role
* Giving excellent customer service
* Liaise with field engineers, technical teams, contract engineers and sales team
* Booking in engineers to certain jobs
* Processing information into database
* Answering incoming calls
* Liaising with the Service Manager
Skills
* Previous experience in a service desk position
* Good telephone manner
* IT Literate
