Engineering Team Leader (Maintenance)

Monday to Friday. DAYS
Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Team Leader required for a well established and well renowned company within their industry, a true market leader. They have a great reputation for investing in their employees and offer ongoing training and development opportunities within a hands on, varied position!
The role would suit applicants from an maintenance team leader or engineering team leadership background. You can transfer from ANY fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands on leadership role! Applicants will have experience of both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team small team of engineers. You will allocate their workload and ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards. You will be responsible for KPI reporting and creating PPM schedules to minimise downtime on site.
Alongside team leadership/management duties you will also be responsible for carrying out reactive and pre-planned maintenance on a range of equipment in a fully automated warehouse facility.

* Reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager, overseeing a team of 16 engineers
*KPI Reporting
*Prioritizing maintenance activities and allocation of work load to engineers
*Hands on mechanical and electrical maintenance on process machinery
*Monday to Friday (DAYS)
The Person:
*Multi Skilled maintenance engineer with team leadership/management experience
*Can transfer from any FMCG/manufacturing background
*Will ideally be apprentice trained or hold formal qualifications
