Are you experienced in customer service?
Are you looking for work in the Rotherwas area of Hereford?
We are currently seeking an eager, friendly candidate to work within the customer service division as a product application coordinator at a well established company in the HR2 area of Hereford.

The role will initially be temporary, but the view is to become permanent following a successful probationary period of approximately 12 weeks. The position will be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with hours ranging from 8am-5.30pm at a pay rate of £12 per hour.

This vacancy will be interviewed for via telephone and teams in order to keep contact to a minimum. The start date is immediate following the companies Christmas close down (Jan 2022).

The right candidate will require an eagerness to learn, there will be some complex knowledge involved in the role, but all training will be provided.

The main duties will involve:

Liaising with customers via telephone/email
Helping deal with customer queries/problems relating to parts
Directing customers to the correct part department
Internally support external sales representatives
Product knowledge/fitting procedures (training provided)
Researching and compiling technical service information
Analysing call data
Assisting with other projects as required
