Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with an exciting leader in modernising sport to recruit for a Permanent Submissions Administrator. The role is perfect for someone who has a proven track working in a similar Administration support role. The company have a flexible home/office working model, the office in Kingsbarns near St.Andrews, Fife some days and remotely others until current restrictions lift and depending on workload therefore you must be open to both office and remote working. Office hours 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, 35hrs per week, with a competitive salary.

Role Overview

Our world-renowned client set the international standards within the sport they are associated to and are seeking a Submissions Administrator to provide a first-class support to the day-to-day operations of a busy sports Equipment Standards function. You will work alongside an existing Submissions Administrator as well as act as a right hand to the Assistant Director of the department. You will be a dynamic, forward thinking candidate and naturally enjoy streamlining processes to help develop the procedures associated with the department to ensure it runs as efficiently as possible.

Experience and Skills Required (including but not limited to):

Take ownership of the Club and Equipment Submissions processes: This involves logging incoming and outgoing equipment, clothing and apparatus and updating the internal databases and spreadsheets as required.
Communication, preparation, and distribution of decision letters, following the ruling process and keeping suppliers always updated regarding outcomes.
Correspond with manufacturers regarding the Club and Equipment Submissions processes.
Maintain and update the Decision Tracking System) and at how this system can be improved.
Assist in the maintenance of the Mailbox.
Continually evaluate and evolve the processes and procedures associated with submissions.
Other administration support as and when required.
All other reasonable duties as and when directed by Director/Assistant Director.Experience required

ESSENTIAL:

Experienced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience working in an administrative role.DESIRABLE:

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good accuracy and organisation skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to respect high levels of confidentiality.
Ability to use their own initiative, with minimal supervision.
Good multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work within tight time frames during busy periods.
