Office Administrator
Rotherham
£19,000 to £22,000
My client is a well-respected and established training provider based on the outskirts of Rotherham.
Moving into an extremely busy period with demand for their services at an all-time high they now have the need for an experienced, well organised and efficient administrator to assist with their main office function.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience at working within a very busy office environment, be competent in all MS Office packages as well as being able to pick up various in-house programmes. You will be responsible for filing , scanning and copying as well as taking inbound calls, answering queries both internal as well as any calls requesting information on the various courses they facilitate. You will be responsible for the creation and distribution of course certificates, collating results, inputting information into databases and being an all over resource for the office teams within the organisation. You will also work closely with course instructors to ensure the courses run smoothly.
This role will be fast paced and busy with you being asked to assist various departments so you will need to be adaptable and able to prioritise your workload ensuring all tasks completed in a timely manner with no compromise on quality
You will ideally come from a Training Admin background or within a learning environment
