The Tenancy Sustainment Job Coach role involves supporting customers to sustain their tenancies, tenancy failures and reduce rent arrears. The role will also help deliver a customer centric approach to support customers to enable them to access a range of opportunities.

The Tenancy Sustainment Job Coach key responsibilities will include:
Work with pre-tenancy, house with support and existing customers to deliver a high quality tenancy sustainment.
Provide coaching across a whole range of complex issues.
Support and assist tenants with applications for welfare benefits and appeals.
Complete initial assessments, agree action plans and complete regular reviews.
To develop and maintain positive working relations with customers.Profile
The successful Tenancy sustainment job coach will have:
Prior experience of managing a caseload, evidencing the customer journey, SMART action planning.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with previous business letter writing experience.
Proven track record of excellent customer service.
