Description
The Senior Tenancy Manager and Leasehold Manager key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service through a team of Tenancy and Leasehold Managers
Deal with all queries from residents
Ensuring policies, processes and risk assessments are lean and up to date
Ensure the Resident Management Team provides an excellent, knowledgeable, and professional customer service to all customers
Work closely with the Customer Service Centre to ensure a streamlined process flow, guides and training
Profile
A Successful Senior Tenancy Manager and Leasehold Manager will have:
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in resident management across homeowners and tenancy portfolios
Show an in depth understanding of tenancy and leaseholder management
Experience of managing a team to achieve high performance targets
Driven and target orientated
Able to build effective links with all relevant stakeholders Job Offer
