A dedicated consultant as an additional layer of supportWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Administrator to join a successful and well-established family run business based on the outskirts of Taunton. This role is starting in January and is initially temporary with the view to become permanent for the right candidate therefore you must be available immediately or on a short notice period to be considered for this role. You must also have a driver's license and full access to a vehicle due to the location. This role would be suitable for anyone living in Taunton, outskirts of Bridgwater, Chard, Ilminster and surrounding areas.
This is a really varied role where no day is the same therefore the successful candidate must have prior customer service and administration experience in an a fast paced environment, you will need to have excellent communication and IT skills and be to work well in a team and independently.
Duties will include:
Answering calls and taking messages
Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
Adding jobs on the system
Updating the database and several excel spreadsheets
Invoicing and taking payments over the phone
Filing, scanning and achieving
