We have a rare opportunity for a Receptionist to join a prestigious Plymouth law firm for a 6 month fixed term contract with a January start!

JOB TITLE: Receptionist

LOCATION: Plymouth

HOURS: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

SALARY: £17, 910 per annum

DURATION: 6 month fixed term contract

THE ROLE: You will be responsible for providing a quality and efficient telephone service, answering all enquiries into the practice in a prompt and professional manner and upholding the firms excellent client experience. You will also respond to web enquiries and support with ad hoc admin duties.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Transferring calls as appropriate
Answering general enquiries promptly and effectively
As the first point of contact for clients and members of the public you will represent the firm, ensuring you uphold a professional, courteous, efficient and helpful manner at all times
You will work to provide a value added service; developing, maintaining and applying a good knowledge of the products and services that the firm offers in order to provide advice and information where appropriate
Respond to enquiries submitted via the online enquiry form or reallocate as appropriate
Support other areas of the business with ad hoc administrative tasks

You must demonstrate a professional and friendly disposition
The ability to uphold an excellent client service
The ability to communicate in an effective and business-like manner with all levels of clients, staff and stakeholders
Excellent listening skills
Experience of working in a client or customer facing role
The ability to think on your feet and work with minimum supervision
Good computer skills
The ability to remain calm under pressure
