My client are looking to recruit a Customer Service Operative to come and join their team in Sutton.
Description
The main duties of the Customer Service Operative are:
To act as the first point of contact for all electrical and gas inquiries
Schedule reactive work for contractors that come into the business
Regularly manage engineers diaries
Escalate repairs
Liaise with senior staff yo ensure works are escalated according
Ensure building and contact information is kept up to date and relevantProfile
The successful applicant for the Customer Service Operative role:
Isn't afraid to pick up the call and deal with complaints
Must have previous experience in a customer service role
Able to use own initiative
Ambitious individual looking to develop his/her career
Flexible working
Must have conducted telephone operation in a business environment
Has a "Can Do" attitude Job Offer
As a Customer Service Operative you will be required to work 5 days per week Monday - Friday.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a Workplace Pension
