OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR STARTING ASAP - 12 MONTH MATERNITY CONTRACT! **

We have an exciting new position to join a leading organisation based locally in Fareham, this role is a 12 month contract position.

Working hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, you will be based in modern offices and there is free onsite parking.

Key duties will include:

Being the main point of contact for calls & managing a busy inbox
Issuing and following up on invoices
Checking documentation
Maintaining the database
Providing general administrative support
Assisting with the logistical arrangements for local and international meetings
Providing accounts support
Maintaining the company's databaseIf you have excellent administration & communication skills and are a confident user of Microsoft office suite, we would love to hear from you!
