Job Details

My client is actively seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team based in Oakham. 

A COMPETITITVE SALARY OF £20,000 - £22,000 DOE

WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities: 

Providing telephone support to customers 
Supporting the management team with administration, presentations and gathering data 
Data entry 
Calling supplies to gather information for relevant teams 
Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients

A Successful Candidate Will Display The Following Skills:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong data entry skills
Desire to work in a busy and diverse team
Confident with Microsoft Office packages
Experience working within an administrative role is desirable
