M&E Operations Estates Manager

New M&E operations Manager role based in the West End. This is an interim position for an immediate;y available estates Manager.

Client Details

Our client is a medium sized University with a campus based in the West End. This is an in house estates division and a well run operational team. We are looking for someone to join them on an interim basis in a management position.

Description

You will be responsible for:

Management of the hard services team, with a supervisor reporting into you

Soft services and porterage management

Compliance and legislation

Health and safety

Becoming AP on site

Staff management

Minor works projects overseeing

Budgeting and cost management.

This role reports into the Estates Director.

Profile

We are looking for:

A qualified M&E maintenance engineer by trade

Experience within a similar estates management / M&E management role

Experience of supervising a medium sized maintenance team

Experience of compliance/legislation and process development

Either client side or contractor experience could be relevant

Immediately available to start an interim role in February
