Our Gateshead based client is looking to recruit an Office Manager to oversee all administration duties.

Our client is a well known, Gateshead based business.

Description

The key duties of the Office Manager are;

Acting as a first point of contact for Senior Management Team (SMT): dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Support all departments including Management, Operations, Sales, HR, QA & Finance functions with general administration
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the SMT
Organising SMT travel booking hotels and flights/transport (itinerary)
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing the filing of important business documents i.e. Insurance, company liability, company house documents, contracts, leases etc
Managing the budgets for travel, DHL, stationary, telephone, staff welfare (coffee,milk etc)
Co-ordinating the completion and signing of SMT expenses
Manage on-site vending machines
Ordering lunches for any on site visitors, including Customers/Auditors
Order and manage stationary for total site
Greet and manage visitors
Actively participate in improvement projectsProfile

The successful, Gateshead based Office Manager will have;

Experience in general administration
Strong MS Office suite competency
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Travel management experience beneficialJob Offer
