JOB TITLE: Part Time HR Administrator

LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset

SALARY: £22K - £25K Pro Rata

HOURS: 3 days per week, 8am - 5pm (Based on-site)

Seeking a HR Administrator to join a friendly and down to earth team who are very proud to be working as part of the Hinkley Point C project. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest projects in Europe that is challenging the industry and making history.

THE ROLE: To support the business by providing high quality HR administration.

KEY DUTIES:

Resolving internal and external customer enquiries, referring those that you are unable to resolve to the correct recipient.
Providing high quality customer service in all communications with internal and external clients.
Maintaining accurate paper and computer based records.
Processing employment paperwork and requests accurately and on time.
Producing correspondence, documents, statistics and presentations to specification using a variety of media.
Providing administrative support for HR management and the wider HR function when required.
Responding timely and efficiently to mailbox enquiries.
Assisting with monthly reporting, processing invoices, tracking costs and event administration.
Being an ambassador for HR and Employee Relations.
Demonstrating and championing behaviour in line with company vision, purpose and values.
Carrying out any other relevant duties as required from time to time.SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience as a Human Resources Administrator or similar role would be the ideal, however, a strong administrator with an interest in HR would also be considered.
Experience of working with HR systems.
Effective administration skills.
