First Line Support Analyst

Adecco are currently supporting their client, based in offices in Herford, with the recruitment of First Line support Analysts to work full time - a mix of an on site and home working week.
These roles are full time, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm. This role has a starting salary of £(phone number removed) pro rata. The roles are Temp to Perm opportunities and early January start dates are available.

Supporting customers as the front line port of contact live via telephone, email and webchat functions
Processing item requests working with internal departments
Acting as a single point of contact for all customers to provide first assessment and raise tickets where applicable using a portal
Recording all activity for inbound incidents and service requests in a designated Ticket Management System
Ensuring all incidents and service requests contain full details and all information obtained
To maintain confidentiality regarding customer records
