My client are seeking to hire a highly talented and experienced EA to the CEO.
The successful candidate will need to have outstanding organisation skills and be able to represent the CEO's office with professionalism. This is a perfect role for someone who takes initiative, is intuitive, and strategic.
Assisting the CEO with complex diary & time management
Future planning for up to 12 months ahead
Collation of briefing papers, reports and presentations; including data analysis
Preparations of Presentations and Papers - Transitioning of content provided by Senior Leaders into visually impactful, and accurate, documents
Taking minutes and action points in board meetings and senior leadership meetings with CEO involvement. Ensuring management teams are reminded of important dates and action points and ensure all resulting actions are documented, distributed and followed through to completion.
Assisting in planning of specified company events internal and external with brand leaders, head of marketing and CEO where required
Co-ordinating travel and assisting with planning and improvements to processes
To be proactive in suggesting training or improvement areas across the senior leadership and exec team
Personal life planning and co-ordination
Building and maintaining strong working relationships both internally and with clients and other key contacts at all levels
Potential travel to other X4 Group offices

Experience of performing a similar role in an international high growth business preferable
Polished & professional. Communication, presentation & organisational skills are key
Qualifications and course completion in areas relation to an executive assistant roleKey Skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships up to all levels both internally and externally
Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Resilience, tenacity and tact
Able to liaise effectively at all levels of the organisation
Able to act as a credible representative for the executive
Excellent MS Office and MS Teams skills
Excellent skills in using technologies such as MS Teams and other online collaboration tools such as Zoom for presentations and other meetings
Excellent creative skills in using presentation and document creation applications such as MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Sound literacy and numerical skills
Ability to think on feet and to react quickly to problems and solve them
Flexibility, discretion and ability to respect confidentiality at all times
Calm demeanour and able to function well under pressure
