JOB TITLE: Operations Manager (w/ Facilities)

CONTRACT: Permanent

COMPANY: Charity

HOURS: 35 hours per week, and days/hours will vary week on week, and you may be required to work any day or evening over the 7 day period

SALARY: £32,000 - £35,000

START DATE: ASAP

Annual pay reviews at 1 - 3% depending on company performance! Oa Liverpool Street are recruiting on behalf of an independent charity in the heart of Liverpool Street, this cultural hub is home to a library, historical archives, talks, discussions and often run events on behalf of some well known brands within the arts!

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Leading the coordination between teams and attending Planning, Delivery and Debrief Meetings to make sure all events are properly planned, resourced, delivered, managed and evaluated
Conduct research, costing and planning for agreed events to ensure technical production requirements are met
Ensuring HR processes are followed for all direct reports, including any recruitment processes and contracts to be issued
Working across teams to ensure all activity in the building is properly risk assessed in advance and complies with the latest legislation and best practice
Day-to-day support and operational oversight of front of house areas to ensure a professional, inclusive and welcoming impression and excellent customer service at all times
Reviewing, identifying and making recommendations to the Head of Business Delivery for equipment, consumables, office contracts to maintain robust business processes
Working with the Buildings Manager to ensure building, facilities and infrastructure are maintained and accessible to ensure the business operates effectivelyOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
