JOB TYPE: Marketing Manager (With a focus on events)

TERM: Permanent

START DATE: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

COMPANY: Financial Services

HOURS: 9:30am - 5:30pm | Monday - Friday

SALARY: £40,000-£45,000 DOE.

Our client is a Financial Services Consultancy based in the City whose goal is to support SMEs working at the heart of the economy, helping them to take the next steps with their business.

Duties include:

Manage the Event Marketing team
Set team and individual targets in collaboration with your line manager to ensure the achievement of contractual KPIs
Monitor the team's performance, conduct regular performance evaluations of your team members, and promptly address underperformance
Recruit and induct new team members
Design effective marketing and communications plans for each supported client account
Lead your team to design, budget, and deliver effective marketing campaigns, using innovative tactics
Plan and manage a content marketing strategy for all supported client accounts
Stay up to date on industry and market trends and adjust the content strategy accordingly
Ensure your team produces on-brand and on-tone marketing assets required to support our client accounts
Collect, monitor, and analyse social media metrics, and make improvements accordinglyEssential experience/skills required:

Confident in managing staff and team performance
A creative and forward-thinking individual who has a strategic mindset
Passionate about marketing and content creation
Confident in building relationships with a range of stakeholders
Focused and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of a project and committed to achieving the result
Experience managing multiple marketing accounts, preferably in agency or equivalent
Experience designing, budgeting, and delivering multichannel campaigns
Budget management in excess of £100,000
