Job Details
My Client, a leading company based in Greenford, Middlesex are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis paying between £23,000 to £25,000.
The Wholesale Administrator will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are placed, invoiced and dispatched correctly. Hours are between 8:30am till 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a Wednesday and Sunday off.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient and accurate logging of customer sales orders
Processing purchase orders to suppliers
Preparing dispatch information
Dealing with credit claims promptly and efficiently
Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure sales orders are picked accurately and in a timely manner
Analysing and monitoring sales records, trends and economic conditions
Assist managers with sales goals
Managing customer and supplier queries
Managing the booking of deliveries
Monitoring emails
Maintaining the customer service log sheet
Build strong relationships with customers
Person Specification:
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong numerical skills
Strong analytical skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Highly organised
Ability to multitask and be flexible
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Advanced IT skills
Previous experience with Netsuite (advantageous but not required)
Previous experience within a Food Retail environment (advantageous but not required)
