Facilities and Safety Support Assistant
Our Higher Education client is currently recruiting for a Facilities and Safety Support Assistant to offer additional support to the Faculty Services team to deliver and maintain services added to all space in response to Covid-19. This person will be required to work across all Business School teaching, social and communal spaces on a daily basis.
Location: Working on site at South Kensington and one day a week in White City.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7:30am-3:30pm)
Pay: £11.55 per hour
Start: ASAP
Duration: On-going (the client is recruiting for this role on a permanent basis and the successful candidate can apply if interested)Responsibilities
Assisting with preparing and labelling couriers for delivery
Monitoring and maintaining the Monthly Health and Safety Activity Schedule
Complete monthly Health and Safety Checks of all buildings at both South Kensington and White City campuses
Keeping track of staff numbers who are first aid and fire warden trained
Weekly meetings with the Strategic Projects, Planning and Safety Manager to provide feedback and suggestions regarding Health and Safety across the Business School
When the Business School opens a new space, assess the space, and ensure all appropriate Covid measures are in placeWhy work with Adecco:
