Your Role:

Support people in achieving their goals and ambitions

Enrich their lives by supporting them to access the community.
Promoting, carrying out and Prompting personal care.
Supporting complex physical and verbal behaviours that can be challenging, specialist training will be provided.
Planning and engaging in activities such as meals out, horse riding, cinema visits, supporting individuals with their volunteer work, visiting theme parks, arts and crafts, garden activities, gym, college, swimming and supporting holidays. 
This location in Weston Super Mare consists of a 7 bedded property with 7 male residents. The residents all have varying degrees of Autism and complex needs. An element of personal care is required. All residents are aged between 30 and 50yrs so are young and in turn, lead active lifestyles so days often consist of being out and about. The service has an extremely friendly and family orientated approach which creates a very warm and welcoming environment.  Individuals are supported to develop person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and increased independence skills
