ADECCO are recruiting an experienced Finance Assistant for their client based in Swansea.
Full-time - Permanent
£20-23k Negotiable DOE
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a friendly and growing team. The client is an established manufacturing company in an easily accessible location in Swansea. This role would suit someone with previous Finance Assistant experience or someone with finance qualifications looking to gain practical experience.
The Role:
Processing invoices using SAP system
Bank reconciliation
Processing incoming payments
Dealing with any supplier and customer payment queries, escalating where necessary
Assisting with credit control
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
Administrative support to the Finance team, as required
Excellent employee-focused and fun working atmosphere
Full-time and permanent with long-term development opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and accounting policies
AAT Qualified or equivalent, preferred
Excellent IT and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Organised and able to multi-task
Good team player
