Sales Administrator - Free Parking - Temp to Perm!
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Bradford - BD1
Salary: Starting Salary of £21,000 to be reviewed after 6 months
Duration: Temporary to permanent position!
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm- 1 hour lunch break
Start Date: ASAP
Office Angels are partnering with a manufacturing and engineer company based in Bradford! You will be joining a company who have a reputation of providing excellent training and opportunities for advancement where possible. They have free on-site parking and have easy access to public transport. As the Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing essential support to the Spares Sales Team. Main duties:
General administrative tasks
Updating, emending, and inputting any customer information onto internal system
Quotation processing
Process sales returns and warranty claims
Sales order processing and purchase order processing
Dealing with customers with queries.
Support the Spares Department in meeting its targets.
Participating in annual stock take
Sending order confirmationsSkills and experience required:
English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
Administration qualification (e.g. NVQ or other relevant certification)
Experience with MS Office suite
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Experience of using a CRM system and Sage (Or similar Financial software)
Experience of call handling and dealing with customers by telephone.
