Our Client, a family run business based in Hampshire are seeking a Parts Telesales Advisor, to assist in driving the business forward installing quality focused policies and process across the whole of the business.
Our Client has experienced strong growth from humble beginnings in the 1940’s to becoming a Medium sized business with a head count of over 130 staff members. Over the next 5 years our client is planning to continue this growth.
This role is an opportunity to join one the fastest growing sub-sectors within the automotive trade, with the current supply issues with vehicle parts and the growing green agenda to ensure the automotive production process becomes a circular economy, this job provides a great platform to be at the forefront of this industry.

A Competitive Basic Salary – Basic Salary Circa £24,000
Excellent Commission Scheme with an OTE in excess of £40,000

Duties of a Parts Telesales Advisor with our Client
Supplying Garages with the correct parts.
Advising customers on suitable parts for their vehicle/problem.
Taking orders from customers both face to face and over the phone.
Maintaining an ordered stock room and finding parts from stock.
Raising invoices for parts sold.
Being able to sell parts on the go with good sales skills
Good IT Use

Excellent Parts Knowledge on a variety of makes and models of vehicles
Confident Telephone Manner
Ideally experience in Selling parts to trade customers
Motivated to Sell
General industry experience, numerate and commuter literate
