Warehouse Operator
*IMMEDIATE START*
Warehouse Operators required for Grupo Antolin in Leamington. All roles are offering an immediate start and are all on a Temp – Perm contracts.
Hours of work:
Permanent Days:
- Mon-Wedn (Apply online only) and Thurs (Apply online only)
or
Rotating Shift:
- Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) Frid (Apply online only)
- Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) Frid (Apply online only)
Shift Patterns:
Static night shift: Sunday night (Apply online only) and Mon, Tues, Weds night (Apply online only)
Pay rates and benefits include:
£9.99 per hour for your first 39 hours – permanent days/rotating shift
£10.87 per hour for your first 39 hours – Nightshift
£13.28 - Overtime 39+ Weekdays and Saturdays
£17.70 - Overtime from 10pm on Saturday through till 6am on Monday
Monthly Performance bonuses

Role:
As an Automotive Operative you will be working on behalf of our client Grupo Antolin in their factory in Leamington Spa. You will operate laminating presses, foam / fibre glass cutting machinery to manufacture car headliners for various well-known car brands. This is a fast-paced environment so you will need to work towards targets and specific site instructions.
Quality assessing all goods will be required to ensure they meet site and customer standards. You will be rotated and asked to work on different departments throughout your assignment, so a degree of flexibility is required.
Departments include:
Assembly/ Production line
Quality inspection
Paint Spraying
