Job Details

Production Administrator

Monday to Friday day based role

Working hours - 8.15-5pm (flexible)

Main duties -

Very much operational role, Est 60% administration / 40% factory based. Confidence in Factory / warehouse environment FLT movement. People facing role. Duties to include;

Daily

Produce data from last 24hrs production for morning accountability meeting and issue meeting minutes to crews
Attend Product Quality Evaluation (PQE) session to aid learning and understanding of products.
Packaging, Chemical & Adhesive usage and stock checks
Collect, scan and collate all FLT check sheets
Update notice boards with relevant data
Arrange cover (short notice) as required.Weekly

Produce Weekly crew list - liaise with operators face to face and by phone to complete this task. Authorised by Group Leader before issuing.
Update weekly dashboards for SQDCP.
Log Holiday cover and track holidays used
Track and log overtime
Collate and enter weekly timesheet / overtime information to wages dept.Monthly

Month end Packaging, Chemical and Adhesive stock takes and enter data into PI systems.
Produce agenda and minutes for monthly Safety Steering Group (SSG) for Group Leader
Contribute to operator training planning
Maintain safety compliance by arranging training as requiredExperience: Good admin and data analysis skills would be advantageous, along with previous experience of working in a factory/production environment. Full training will be given.
