LOCATION: Swindon
SALARY: £18,000 PA - £20,000 PA | OTE £26,000 PA
TERM: Permanent
HOURS: Monday to Friday - 9:00am | 5:00pm
START DATE: ASAP

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual with great Administration experience to join their team. If you have great Customer Service skills and looking for a new career opportunity, this could be the perfect role. With over 15 years of experience, our client is an expert in their field, delivering high-end products with first-class customer service.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
Being the first point of contact for any inbound calls received from clients
Create bespoke quotations based on the client needs
Update and maintain data on a bespoke CRM system
Deliver excellent customer service
Support the customers from start to finish with their orders
We'd love to speak to candidates who:
Have a confident telephone manner and enjoy speaking with customers
Have a "can do" attitude as well as go above and beyond
Have good IT skills and can learn new systems
Are available immediately and are committed to starting a new role
