JOB TITLE: Team Assistant (Amazing Company!)
COMPANY: Renewable Energy
HOURS: 9.00am-5.30pm
START: ASAP - Willing to wait 4-week notice period
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000* Depending on experience + 10% Bonus & Outstanding benefits
LOCATION: Walking distance from Chancery Lane Station. (Hybrid working)

A bit about the company & the role:
Our client is looking for an Executive Team Assistant to join their determined and diligent team! They are a worldwide frontrunner in the advancement of solar energy, with an aim to contribute to the world's evolution to low carbon energy.
This is a challenging yet fulfilling role which requires an experienced individual with a gifted skill set to manage a team and assist at Executive level.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Diary management, evaluating competing priorities and anticipating requirements; filtering and prioritising
Organising and creating meetings and appointments, coordinating all logistics i.e., attendees, visitors, timings, equipment, IT, and meeting rooms
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Assisting the Executive Assistant with the arrangement of events and conferences
Working collaboratively with other Team Assistants and the Executive Assistants to ensure that the team functions without any issues and that workload is distributed when needed
Arranging couriers and managing DocuSign for confidential documents, and helping to cover reception as and when requiredSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
1-3 years' experience working in a fast paced, challenging, and inspiring Team Support Role
Open to industry but must have professional services experience
Exceptional Diary management, Travel and itinerary planning experience
Ideally supported Director or wider team members in a busy varied role
A self-assured individual with an optimistic work ethic
A team player that can remain calm under pressure and within a demanding environment
Precision, speed, proactivity, and the ability to 'get things done' is essential
Strong IT skills are required, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience of expense and document management systems is an advantage)
An all rounder who is keen to muck in!
