The Automotive maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position, located in the Centre of Sheffield
THE ROLE:
The role we are recruiting for is a Automotive Service Adviser. The successful applicant will have a strong customer service background and will be able to deliver high levels of customer care both face-to-face and on the telephone, work well in a team and under their own initiative. Previous motor-trade experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge or an interest of Motorcycles would also be beneficial for this role.
THE DUTIES:
Your main responsibilities is to deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to both internal and external customers and provide relevant, accurate and timely information through each stage of the process; ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded. You will deal with all customer inquiries related to service and repair requirements. You will have some knowledge of vehicle repairs and servicing and you should have a real drive for providing complete customer satisfaction.
THE HOURS:
You will work 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday,
