Healthcare Assistant - Bristol
At Retain healthcare we are looking for experienced and passionate carers to join us in our expanding agency team!
We are currently working with a customer who is looking for staff for block bookings, this will involve being prebooked into shifts in one setting for upto 12 weeks at a time. You will have the option of a zero hours contract or a guaranteed hours contract.
To be an agency worker you will enjoy working in different environments, gaining new experiences and skills and thriving in new or challenging situations.
Following the block bookings, as an agency staffing provider we support a range of nursing homes and residential settings across Bristol. This customer base is predominantly elderly and adults with dementia, so you will need to have experience in a care home environment.
Your role will be to hit the ground running, following care plans, providing care for residents such as through personal care, the use of mobility equipment, support at meal times and social activites.
