Temporary Administrator required to join a school based in Kirkbymoorside, to be considered for this role you must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service that covers you to work with children and adults. This is a very rewarding role for a candidate looking to gain experience in the education sector.
Some of the key Administrator responsibilities are:
Supporting with day-to-day school administration tasks
Meeting and greeting visitors, parents, and students
Front of house duties
Supporting with data entry, filing, archiving
Any children that are late escorting them to the relevant class
Signing in visitors ensuring the have a visitors' badge
Answering the phone, taking messagesThis will be working 5 days per week Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, the hourly rate will be £9.18 per hour. You will be required to work temporary ongoing and must be flexible to commit to the role as long as required.
