Blue Arrow are looking for an experienced office administrator based near the city centre of Edinburgh. This is a temporary role, lasting between 3 and 6 months and will see the successful candidate providing full administrative support in a busy office environment. This is an opportunity that will best suit a candidate with previous office administration experience, who can start immediately.

Main duties will include:
- General Administrative duties.
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining stationary supplies.
- Organising meetings, including booking venues.
- Recording minutes.
- Organising travel requirements.
- Recording staff attendance, including holidays and absences etc.
- Creating reports and organising data
- Sorting through and processing information

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), be proactive, be able to prioritise workload and a confident, professional phone manner. Previous experience in a busy administration role is essential
