Client Details

Our client is a leading financial services organisation with a network of offices around the UK. You will be working in their in House client side maintenance and estates division and reporting to a regional maintenance manager.

Description

You will be responsible for:

Building services maintenance

PPMs

Reactive maintenance

Electrical maintenance

Plumbing Fabric maintenance

Working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

This role is based is South London.

Profile

We are looking for:

All round broad skilled maintenance experience

No qualifications are necessary just a good amount of maintenance experience

Multi site experience is desirable

Excellent communication skills

Driving licence
